We collect personal data (name, email, phone number, company information) exclusively for the purposes of responding to project inquiries, delivering contracted services, and maintaining statutory business records as required by Spanish and EU commercial law.

Legal Basis: Processing is conducted under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract — and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Your data is processed within the European Economic Area and is not transferred to third countries without adequate safeguards.

Data Retention: Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months from the date of submission. Contract-related data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 6 years as required by Spanish tax law (Ley General Tributaria).

Your Rights: Under GDPR Articles 15-22, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Supervisory Authority: You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.

2. Terms of Service

Contractual Terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by ProductStructureLab. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Scope of Services: All services are delivered in accordance with the specific Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon between ProductStructureLab and the client. Services include but are not limited to software development, infrastructure engineering, technical consulting, and code auditing.

Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of all agreed invoices, ProductStructureLab assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the delivered software, source code, design assets, and documentation to the client. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in development remain the property of their respective owners.

Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue. Late payments accrue interest at the statutory rate defined under Spanish commercial law. ProductStructureLab reserves the right to suspend work on outstanding invoices beyond 30 days.

Limitation of Liability: ProductStructureLab's total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. ProductStructureLab shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement for a period of 3 years following the conclusion of the business relationship.
